Bob Kerwin

Saxophonist, Composer

Doug and I are so busy it might be awhile before we sit down and make a polished recording. Until then, here are some live recordings. This first one is Cole Porter’s, “Night and Day,” recorded at Delaney’s on a typically lively Friday night.

Next is a recording of “Mary’s Song” by Doug Brown and me. Mary is my wife and I wrote this song for our wedding anniversary. Now she loves me even more! Is that even possible?

The recording was made with a Sony digital recorder set on a chair off to the side of Capitol Lake’s Grand Hall during a February 2014 concert. Although the goal was self assessment, not a professional recording, we are pleased with the result. The acoustics were great and a warm, appreciative audience put us at ease. We like performing there.
